DEWI: I knew I could sing when I was 6 years old. I remember singing non-stop to madonna's whole album from side A to B and then rewinding the tape again. :D



SBA: Who encouraged you to sing?

DEWI: Nobody but myself...I guess I was born with the heart & ears for music

DEWI: A BIG soulful classical voice

DEWI: Forgetting the lyrics to my songs...:S

DEWI: Currently I'm an art teacher,singer, actress & makeup artist so I'm all the rest if I weren't a singer :p

DEWI: As a teacher: Distinctions!

THE INTERVIEW:



SBA: How old were you when you knew you could sing?

FAIZUL: i first knew that i can sing, when i was 8 i think :D where my dad bought a karaoke set machine those days it was still a video tape(VCR) and remembered i sang isabella from search LOL



SBA: Who encouraged you to sing?

FAIZUL: encouraged? well i wouldnt say someone encouraged me to sing, i think it runs in the family i guess.. cos most of my cousins even my mom sings she once won her self in some singing cmpetitions ages ago ,that explains where my talent comes from :D



SBA: How would you describe your voice?

FAIZUL: honestly i never liked my voice, it took me years to finally get to know what type of genre that really suits, i always thought my self as a singer like anuar zain etc.. lol.. apparently NOT... it really took me a while to understand my vocals.. thanks to reality tv competitions now a days.. it really gave me an impact, so how would i describe my voice.. is it unique?? i dont know you tell me, but im pleased dat ppl can accept my talent and passion for music ,so dats just matters to me :D



SBA: What do you fear the most?

FAIZUL: Fear of losing my voice :D



SBA: Which singers do you admire?

FAIZUL: brendon urie(, Tyson Ritter(, Faizal tahir , kaer, christian bautista,duta :D



SBA: What would your motto be?

FAIZUL: i always hold this motto.. its from my brother.. life is a game , and you gotta play it right, you either lose or win, if u lose dat means ur not playing the game it right, always put ur head in the game, where theres a will theres always a way



SBA: What characteristic do you dislike about yourself?

FAIZUL: im blessed with everything i have..

FAIZUL: i like R n B especially those indonesian RnB singers

FAIZUL: -friendly ( im not ambung, ppl call me ambung now a days im NOT)

FAIZUL: LOL.. i dunno why would i go to the moon lol...

FAIZUL: singer or not a singer, i will still be the same person as what i am today.., most important is to stay true to my self

SBA: How old were you when you knew you could sing?

NURUL: nurul start tau yang nurul pandai menyanyi masa umur 3tahun sudah..



SBA: Who encouraged you to sing?

NURUL: mostly parents nurul laa yang banyak membagi sokongan dan dorongan kepada nurul.



SBA: How would you describe your voice?

NURUL: my voice? Soft saja, loud and clear, but semuanya depends on the songs / musics.



SBA: first song ever sung?

NURUL: banyak lagu yang nurul nyanyi before ani, tapi bagi nurul lagu pertama yang nurul nyanyi adalah lagu ' Terima Taubat ku ' :)



SBA: What do you fear the most?

NURUL: huhu, the thing that i feared the most bila demam, and banyak minum air yang sejuk



SBA: Which singers do you admire?

NURUL: okayy, singers yang nurul admired : Alilah, maria, rossa, aisyah and dato siti nurhaliza.



SBA: What would your motto be?

NURUL: motto nurul simple saja, ingin mengejar impian2 nurul, menjadi seorang yang sukses dalam hidup, and dapat

NURUL: urm..nadalaa~ i like the way i am :)

NURUL: lagu favourite, banyak lagu fav nurul nii, hee. Satu dripadanya lagu kau segalanya by maria. yang pentingnya bukan yang genre rock laa.

NURUL: okayy, tiga ani memang ada arah diri nurul, caring..penyayang..and friendly :)



SBA: If you went to the moon, what would you take with you?

NURUL: HAHA.. Kalau nurul ke bulan, i'll bring my mp4, laptop and picture of my families.



SBA: If you weren't a singer, what would you be?

NURUL: so, if i weren't a singer, i'll be a teacher ;D



SBA: What is the best advice you've been given, and who gave it?

NURUL: even tho it is simple, but for me, this is the best advise from my mom ' be yourself..yang pentingnya sabar, ikhlaz and jujur dalam membuat apa saja pkerjaan '



SBA: What gives you satisfaction in your work?

NURUL: nurul berpuas hati jika pendengar2 and peminat2 suka dan menerima lagu lagu yang di nyanyi kan oleh nurul, apa apa pun, mereka dapat menerima nurul dengan seadanya.



SBA: What would you like to achieve musically, and why?

NURUL: apa yang nurul ingin capai adalah mempunyai vocal yang sangat baik, kenapa? Coz my vocal biasa2 saja and i need to learn more :D



SBA: How would you like to be remembered?

NURUL: maybe nurul akan mencari sesuatu kelainan dalam nyanyian nurul. Dengan kelainan yang ada dalam lagu nurul, all of them will remembered me :)



SBA: What was the worst criticism ever received as an artiste?

NURUL: alhamdulillah, so far nurul nada menerima kritikan yang buruk laa.
