FIVE local acts got nominated in this year's Voice Independent Music Awards (VIMA) after the result was announced on bitemymusic, the official website for South East Asia's indie performers.

VIMA Awards is the independent music awards of Southeast Asia
countries comprising of Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei, with
the inclusion of other foreign acts from outside South Seat Asia.
The awards started back in 2010 and was co-founded by Siva Zaphod
Chandran, COO of Bite Media together with Meera Thuraivel, CEO of Bite
Media.

According to bitemymusic, independent musicians from Indonesia,
Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei, may submit their songs and music
videos to vima2013@gmail.com.All musicians are also encouraged to join
the VIMA 2013 Facebook group to catch up on all updates.
VIMA 2013 is organised and coordinated by Bite Media and Saintz &
Sinnerz, an international marketing and branding company that also
manages Bite My Music Global Awards, GAMA (Global African Music Awards),
IndieGo Music Awards (South Asia Music Awards).
